Esmé studios is a lifestyle brand as well as a statement about you and your values. It combines the very best in terms of eco-friendly materials, comfort and design and make sure that it is produced in an ethical and socially responsible way. It lives by the rule ‘buy less but buy better’ and that starts the moment the design studio picks up a pen. The brand is linked to Scandinavian heritage which speaks of minimalism and timeless design - something in itself that works well with slow fashion and inclusivity.
The value chain is divided mostly between China and India for all steps of the supply chain
The raw materials are fully certified: GRS for the synthetic fabrics and GOTS for the cotton textiles. Production has been made in China, India and Turkey in factories certified for quality and labor employee conditions.

What do you propose with your collection? What is your approach to your customer? Starting our company, we were passionate about change and wanted to look at the whole process - from the first drawings in the design room through to how we make the clothes and even how we wear and look after the final garments. We were convinced we could do better and be slower and more sustainable. With complete transparency about how we work and who we work with, esmé studios has - with a lot of hard work and determination - grown from a great idea to actual reality. |

What do you propose with your collection in terms of reducing of fashion on climate change? We believe that reducing our carbon footprint on the planet will make a better world for all of us. With that in mind, we do our best to use only the most sustainable raw materials, whether they are recycled fabrics or responsibly produced natural fibres. We also want to slow down consumption so we deliberately produce only two main collections and two capsule collections each year. |
