Around Mrs. O is a Belgian knitwear brand, founded in 2021, that has the mission to transmit its products from one generation to the other. 

Being eco-responsible is its primary challenge. 

The brand wants to give customers a back co-head of their purchase by participating in a mini-revolution in the world of fashion and consumerism; while remaining an aesthete of design. 


Value Chain

Its value chain from raw materials to logistics is mostly divided between Italy and Belgium.

Its production is made in Zottegem, Belgium. 

The brand uses 100% merino wool with local production.

About packaging it uses recycled materials.

The brand has visited almost all of its suppliers in order to be aware of the working conditons of its workers. 


Company Sustainability

Around Mrs. O has an ethical code which includes sustainable issues.

It provides general service for free in office (ex. water/coffee for free/metal bottle) and guarantees to its employees more than 1 day of remote working in order to better balance their life between work and private life. 

Women are part of more than 80% of the brand team and also hold management positions. 


Customer Care

The brand offers to its customers a second hand service: the brand can take back pieces in exchange of a voucher. Then it repairs it if necessary and re-sells it on its website as a "second life product".

Indeed, Around Mrs. O guarantees long-lasting products and offers a repair service. Small refurbishs are mare by the designer, while for biggest needs the brand works in accordance with its producer.
