SIZ is an organic, ethical and sustainable fashion brand based in Sesimbra, Portugal.
Everything the brand does is around sustainability from the concept to the packaging.
The brand supply chain is very short and concentrated in 300 km from Oporto area to Lisbon, where it is based the atelier (exactly in Sesimbra, near the beach and the mountain).
The brand only uses organic (certified) materials or deadstock fabrics of other brands (including small off-cuts) rescued from Portuguese factories.
Regarding the packaging, the brand uses mostly compostable bags. if not possible it uses repurposed boxes. The pieces are wrapped either in organic cotton tote bags or in repurposed tissue paper.
The brand makes donations for One Tree Planted.
The brand provides its customers with information on how to take care of their items.
The brand provides a service of Take Back Program, where costumers can return a SIZ piece they no longer want in exchange for a 10% discount voucher to use at siz-online.com. This helps Siz to keep textiles & garments from ending up in the landfill.
