Aya Label is a swimwear label created in 2018. With regenerated yarn we make high quality swimwear for woman.

It is very strong in raw materials sourcing: all swimwear are made by ECONYL® is 100% regenerated nylon fibre from fishnets and other nylon waste.

All production is made by a small manufacturer in Istanbul. It has a close relationship and visit them regularly to ensure employees are being treated and paid fairly and that the working conditions are clean and safe.

Packaging is made in polybag produced from renewable raw materials and is biodegradable. The shipping package: Recycled carton/biodegradable shipping bags.

It supports non profit organisations: Parley,  Healthy Seas and 4Ocean. It donates a % of its profits to organisations that help keep the planet clean or support initiatives to help women to be empowered.

It also joined the SDG Community in the Netherlands and are in contact with them about how we can contribute.

Because our goal and mission is to be part of environmental changes that help keep nature free from unnecessary waste we try to think of ways to contribute to this cause. That means we are not only using materials that are sustainable for our products, but also for packaging.
Polybag: The bags are made from corn starch with a man-made binding agent added for flexibility
Shipping package: The package is made from Recycled carton with FSC certificate
Hygiene stickers: The adhesive is a coated transparent high gloss film produced from wood pulp (especially formulated to contain a high percentage of renewable materials) and the backing is white glassine paper (100% recyclable and 100% biodegradable).
