Les Petits Basics is a French brand that upgrades your usual basics. The Brand is very focused on taking care of the environment. LPB is working to produce a part of the collection in France still maintain its effort to source only certified materials (raw materials and packaging).
Even if the supply chain is not concentrated in the same country, PLB carefully select certified fabrics and organic fabrics. The sewing production is made in Bangladesh in Fair Wear certified factory while all clothes are printed in France (Montpellier area).
The packaging is compostable and certified OK Compost. Logistics is from its own home office.
The shipment for wholesale channel is made in fully recyclable box in order to minimize logistics shipment spaces.
The brand is very young and the people involved work from their home office in France. It uses a green provider and takes attention to recycle wastage.
In 2021 LPB has just joined 1% for the planet association (https://www.onepercentfortheplanet.org/).
They provide a good customer providing info to their customers to allow their clothes last longer.

How do you choose your suppliers in your value chain? We don't necessarily believe in the word 'Made In' as in some countries you can simply add it depending on where you sew your label. However we believe in working with partners that have good factories and work places. Working towards participating in the economy of each country and being transparent about it. |
